For ODM orders, we need to provide multiple solutions and make multiple modifications based on the customer’s ideas and requirements. We will charge a certain design fee.
For regular products, we usually provide samples for free. For customized products, the sample fee usually includes product fee, LOGO fee, product special function debugging fee, customized hardware fee, packaging fee and other miscellaneous fees.
The final transaction price agreed upon by both parties.

We work fast and start planning the moment an order is confirmed, and We plan systematically to complete every order on time and with quality.
This process takes the longest time of the entire order. Usually we need 10-15 days to prepare the PCB part, shell, magnet, speaker, lamp beads, coil, silk screen,Package and other materials of the product.
Before production, we will set the expected production time based on the arrival time of materials. We will arrange assembly only after all materials are available and quality is confirmed.
100% inspection and aging test of products
Workers will use customer-customized stickers, color boxes, hooks, etc. to pack the products into outer cartons according to the specified quantity.
Agree on the inspection time with the customer’s QC and inspect the product
Deliver products to ports or load them into containers according to the scheduled shipping date.

Samples are usually 2 types:
1. Free samples: suitable for our newly developed product testing and cooperation intentions, we will provide some free samples;
2. Charged sample: If the customer has customized requirements for the sample in terms of color, material, LOGO, etc., we will negotiate the sample fee based on the situation.
Our neutral packaging is usually a CMYK printed color box, white box or brown box, but in most cases, we produce it according to the customer’s specific requirements.
